Knowing and speaking your desires can lead to you having more of what you want, since desire is a powerful catalyst for meaningful and exciting experiences. Many men, unfortunately, shut down their desires, and sometimes without even realizing it. Do you ever struggle to know what you want? Or even if you do know, do you struggle to ask for it?

This is common for many of my clients.

In an attempt to be kind, considerate, or loving, men sometimes shut down their desires and take what they get. They don’t always know they’re doing this.

These men then don’t have a life, relationship, or sex life that inspires them. Passion fades, both internally and in relationships.

Cosmo completed his Somatic Sex Educator training in 2017, and started working with Back to the Body: Sensuous Retreats for women shortly afterwards. He has also been an active board member of the Somatic Sex Educators Association since 2018 and is currently the President.
