In this episode I talk about Inspiring Men through The Man Alive Podcast mission, my history and how I came to be an ally for men

Show notes:

Even men at the top of their game find themselves wanting more from life. Man Alive is the resource for men who want more meaning, a bigger impact, unshakable confidence, a hotter sex life, more money, deeper love, solid friendships or a powerful legacy.

In this episode we cover…

Bio:

Shana has coached nearly a thousand men and almost as many women, around the world, in the past decade. She has led events for Match.com and Table for Six and is a dating consultant for an MTV reality show. She is one of the original facilitators for the Authentic Man Program and co-creator of the Authentic Woman Experience.

Shana is an ally for men. She brings a combination of Western and Eastern wisdom with her Masters in psychology, training in man/woman dynamics, as well as yoga, meditation, tantra and various spiritual practices. She does not teach games or pick up lines, but works specifically with each man in the places he holds back and feels stuck.

With incredible love and compassion for men, vulnerability and willingness to tell the truth, Shana makes it safe for you to work through your biggest fears and deepest shame, so you are free to have passionate, fulfilling connections, relationships and sex with the women you really want.

  1. I’m a 40 year old man and I’m really excited about what you’re doing and can’t wait to apply these insights to my own life. I am very new to the ‘new man’ experience and in a short while I’ve learnt so much. Truly wish I discovered this earlier in my life. I encourage all men to take time out to listen to these podcasts or similar ones. They’re both inspiring and enriching. If any man out there can take one small thing away from this then it was worth the time listening!

Thank you Shana for the work you do.

  2. Shana – To quote an old movie – you had me at hello! When I saw John Thompson post that he was going to be on a podcast episode, I felt excited. As a man who has been through the wringer, in all areas of life, including a family system with suicide attempts, prison, over 30 DUI’s, and failed relationships – and, being a recovering alcoholic who somehow managed to stay sober over 30 years, and not commit suicide – I continue to look for hope in new places. I found Circling Europe among my many adventures of seeking in personal work, as well as metaphysical and open-minded areas – to continue to grow and find things that resonate with me. The idea that we can be in meditation and include others through communication skills has me excited, and committed to continue into this realm.
I’ve listened to 8 episodes, and want to continue using the principles within each talk – put it out there – and ask for what I want…
Thank you for your focus on men’s issues.
    Much love

  3. Stahp. Empaths have to be careful what podcasts they listen to at work. You got this 200lb man tearing up.

I believe in you, Shana. Eliminate suicide for men. Yes.

I swear if I ever saw you in a coffee shop, I would force you to accept coffee on me and do me that pleasure of showing my gratitude. Women like you need to be everywhere.
