Many people struggle to be happy in romantic relationships these days. Why is this and what can you do about it? Jayson Gaddis joins us with powerful tools to navigate conflict and create a fulfilling and exciting relationship.
Show notes
How much were you taught about creating a romantic relationship that is both fulfilling and exciting, safe and sexy?
I wouldn’t be surprised if you said “very little” or “hardly anything at all.
Romantic relationships are not easy. And yet we receive so little training about how to make love work that it’s no wonder these days relationship satisfaction is commonly low and the divorce rate is around 50% for first marriages (and even higher for second and third marriages).
When you struggle in relationships, or when they end, do you sometimes think of yourself as inadequate, or even as a failure?
I hope not but if so you are not alone!
