As we dive into the topic of porn, I want to be clear that I am not against men watching porn. It can be playful, sexy and even create connection with a partner.
However it can also cause problems when it becomes habitual or addictive.
There are studies that have linked porn to depression, lack of motivation, disconnection from a partner, inability to feel aroused, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation and more.
Some men realize, after breaking free from porn, that struggles that had seemed unrelated were rooted in their porn use.
